2015—2017年福建省血液中心血液调剂调查分析

摘要
目的统计分析2015—2017年福建省血液中心在福建省内调剂各血液成分信息及数量,探讨福建省血液中心血液调剂趋势及待改善问题。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集2015—2017年福建省血液中心与福建省内所有中心血站的调剂血液信息,分析各血液成分调剂趋势。结果 2015—2017年福建省血液中心调剂血液成分主要为红细胞成分血(RBC)、单采血小板。RBC 3年调剂量(U)分别为2 062、4 501、5 791,年调剂量占同年本中心供应量比例分别为1.68%、3.53%、4.30%(P<0.05),RBC年调剂量在省内年总调剂量构成比呈增长趋势。血小板3年调剂量(治疗量)分别为55.2、42.4、137.3,年调剂量占同年本中心供应量比例分别为0.42%、0.31%、0.94%(P<0.05)。结论福建省血液中心RBC和血小板的调入需求逐年增加,未来调剂能力及需求量预计将进一步增加,调入血在本市临床供血中的地位与作用将进一步提高。全省血站统一采供血机构血液信息管理系统将更有利于血液调剂的进行。
Objective To carry out a statistical analysis of the information and quantity of blood components transshipment within Fujian province via Fujian Blood Center from 2015 to 2017, and discuss the trend of blood transshipment in Fujian Blood Center as well asissues need addressing.Methods The information of transshipped blood components with in Fujian Blood Center via all blood stations of Fujian provincewas retrospectively analyzed.Results The red blood cell(RBC) and apheresis platelets were the main components of transshipped blood in Fujian Blood center from 2015 to 2017.The quantity of the transshipped RBC(U)of the center was 2 062、4 501 and 5 791 from 2015 to 2017.The proportion of annual quantity of the transshipped RBC in entire annual quantity supplied showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).The quantity proportion of transshipped RBC from the center province-wide also showed an increasing trend. The quantity of the transshipped apheresis platelets(therapeutical dose)was 55.2、42.4 and 137.3 from 2015 to 2017.Differences among proportion of annual quantity of transshipmentto the supply werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The demand for transferring RBC and platelets to Fujian Blood Center is increasing year by year.The transshipping capacity along with the demand are expected to grow in the future. The position and role of transferred blood in the blood supply chain will be further improved in the city. The blood information management system of the unified blood collection and supply organization in the blood stations of the whole province will be more conducive to the blood transshipment.
