针刺结合心理疗法治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍15例

摘要
目的:观察针刺结合心理疗法治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:30例帕金森病睡眠障碍患者随机分成对照组及观察组,每组15例,对照组口服多巴丝肼片进行治疗,观察组同时接受针刺及心理治疗;两组治疗前、后分别给予帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行评估。用两均数差别的显著性检验(t检验)评估疗效。结果:两组治疗前后组内比较,帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。两组治疗后组间比较,帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针刺联合心理疗法对帕金森病睡眠障碍患者有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用;但本次试验样本量较小,仍需多中心、大样本试验为临床推广提供依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with psychotherapy on patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods:30 patients with Parkinson's sleep disorders were randomly divided into control group and observation group,15 cases in each group.Control group took oral dopamine silk hydrazine treatment,observation group received acupuncture and therapy at the same time. Before and after treatment,the two groups were given the PD sleep scale( PDSS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI). The efficacy was evaluated by the significance test( t test) with the difference of two mean numbers. Results: In the two groups before and after treatment,the PD sleep scale( PDSS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) score( P < 0. 001),the differences were statistically significant. Comparison between the two groups after treatment,the PD sleep scale( PDSS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) score( P < 0. 05),the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with psychotherapy is good for patients with Parkinson's disease and is worthy of clinical application. However,the sample size of this sample is small,and the multi-center and large sample tests are still needed to provide the basis for clinical promotion.
