摘要
针对黄登、大华桥水电站砂石加工系统出现的中石产能不足的问题,通过采取降低反击破设备转速,调整大石、中石筛分比例等改造措施,提高了物料的利用率,解决了中碎料仓补料的问题,满足了混凝土浇筑施工的需求。改造方案简单有效,具有一定的推广借鉴意义。
In view of the shortage of medium-size aggregate capacity in the aggregate processing system of Huangdeng and Dahuaqiao Hydropower Stations,the utilization rate of materials has been improved through reducing the speed of counter-shocking equipment adjusting the screening proportion of large-size and medium-size aggregate,thus solving the feeding problem of the medium-size aggregate and meeting the needs of concrete placement construction. The transformation plan is simple and effective with promotion and reference significance.
