摘要

该文介绍了一款为制镜线专门设计、能够适应浮法玻璃收片方式、能将玻璃原板抓取面朝上的全自动功能放片设备。这款设备在盛放玻璃原板的玻璃架等设备辅助下可以轻易实现自动化放片,相比机械手类的自动化设备结构简单,操作方便,维护保养简单,造价相对较低。
        This paper introduces a full-automatic sheet-unload device,which is specially designed for mirror making production line and adapts to float glass unload way and unload the original glass sheet with gripping surface upward.Automatic sheet discharge can be easily realized for this device with the aid of glass holder containing original glass sheet.Compared with manipulator-type automatic device,this device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,simple maintenance and relatively low cost.
