摘要
文章首先建立了玻璃升降系统运动模型,对升降过程中的前后呢槽阻力、水切阻力、重力、推力及相应的转矩推导全行程计算方程,并基于Matlab开发仿真模型和可视化平台,最后采用该平台辅助校核和设计实车玻璃升降系统,验证了该平台的可靠性。
The motion model of the glass lifting system is established firstly, and then the formula of resistance and rotation of front guide sealing strip, rear guide sealing strip and weather strip is obtained respectively during the whole lifting and dropping process of glass, at the same time the thrust and the total rotation are also get. Then the simulation model and visual platform are developed based on Matlab, the platform is used to aid check and design real glass lifting system to demonstrate the reliability of if Finally.
