仙灵骨葆胶囊联合地奥司明治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合地奥司明治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2017年3月至2018年6月我院收治的72例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊联合地奥司明治疗,对照组给予单独地奥司明治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分、JOA评分、ADL评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的JOA、ADL评分均显著上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊联合地奥司明治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善临床症状,提高其日常活动能力,且副作用小,可广泛应用于临床治疗中。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Xianling Gubao capsule combined with diosmin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule combined with diosmin, and the control group was treated with diosmin alone. The clinical efficacy, VAS score, JOA score, ADL score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA, ADL scores of the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Xianling Gubao capsule combined with diosmin in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has remarkable effect, it can reduce pain, improve clinical symptoms and daily activities, with few side effects, which can be widely used in clinical treatment.
