补肺活血汤联合西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

摘要
目的探究补肺活血汤联合常规西医治疗对降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症及改善肺功能的临床效果。方法以2017年4月—2018年4月收治COPD患者共90例为对象进行研究,患者随机分为2组各45例,2组患者均采取西医治疗,而治疗组则增加补肺活血汤治疗,观察2组炎性因子水平及肺功能变化。结果经治疗,2组炎性因子水平均呈现降低趋势,且治疗组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);经治疗,2组肺功能均有明显改善,与对照组相比,治疗组改善效果更为显著(P <0. 05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上应用补肺活血汤展开治疗,能够有效降低COPD患者的气道炎症反应,改善患者肺功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bufei Huoxue decoction combined with routine western medicine on reducing airway inflammation and improving pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods From April2017 to April 2018,90 patients with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. All patients were treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Bufei Huoxue decoction. The levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function were observed. Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups showed a decreasing trend,and the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The pulmonary function of the two groups was improved obviously,and the improvement effect of the treatment group was more significantly than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,the application of Bufei Huoxue decoction can effectively reduce airway inflammation and improve lung function in patients with COPD.
