摘要

在对目前我国本科生毕业设计的现状进行分析的基础上提出毕业设计团队模式,并将团队模式在天津农学院水利工程学院进行连续五年的实践,在实践过程中总结了团队模式实施过程中的难点,并就团队模式运行推广的保障机制进行了探讨。实践结果表明:以团队模式完成的论文质量有显著提高,且学生的受益度提升明显。
        The present situation of the undergraduate graduation design our country is analyzed,the team mode for graduation thesis is put forward,after five years of practice in the College of Water Conservancy Engineering of Tianjin Agricultural University,the difficulties in the implementation of the team mode are summarized,and the guarantee mechanism of the team mode operation and promotion is discussed.The results show that the quality of the paper completed by the team has been improved significantly,and the students' benefits have been improved obviously.
