五行音乐疗法联合耳部循经艾灸改善患者耳鸣的临床研究

摘要
目的通过五行音乐疗法、循经艾灸改善患者的耳鸣。方法将80例符合纳入标准的患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组:使用改善微循环、营养耳神经静脉注射给药治疗。治疗组:在常规治疗的基础上,采用五行音乐疗法联合循经艾灸治疗,比较两组耳鸣改善的程度及时间。结果两组耳鸣改善的程度及时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法联合耳部循经艾灸对耳鸣程度的改善具有明显的促进作用,缩短住院天数,节约医疗成本。
Objective: To observe the improvement of tinnitus after administering five-elements music and along-channel moxibustion on patients. Method: All the 80 patients meeting the requirements were evenly divided into two groups,the control group receiving intravenous injection which can improve microcirculation and provide nutrition to auricularis as well as the treatment group obtaining combination treatment which includes five-elements music and along-channel moxibustion. The improvement degree and time were compared in process of the experiment. Results: The difference in comparing tinnitus conditions of patients in two groups had statistical meaning( P < 0. 05). Discussion:The method of combing five-elements music with along-channel moxibustion considerably improves patients' tinnitus,shortens hospitalization days and saves medical costs.
