摘要
目的:优选长春花总黄酮的提取工艺及研究其抗氧化能力。方法:采用乙醇—水提取方法从长春花中提取总黄酮,在波长506nm处分别测定长春花总黄酮的提取率。采用L_9(3~3)正交试验优选长春花总黄酮的提取工艺,并利用普鲁士兰法测定其黄酮还原Fe~(3+)能力。结果:长春花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为每次提取1h,乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶50(g/mL),在此条件下总黄酮的收率为6.17%。长春花总黄酮具有较强的还原能力,但还原Fe~(3+)能力低于2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)。结论:试验结果表明,优选的提取工艺较好,可靠方便,其黄酮还原Fe~(3+)能力较强。
        Objective :To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Catharanthus Roseus and study its antioxidative capacity. Methods:Ethanol-water extraction was used to extract total flavonoids from periwinkle flowers. The extraction rate of total flavonoids from Catharanthus Roseus was determined at a wavelength of 506 nm.The extraction process of total flavonoids from Catharanthus Roseus was optimized by L_9(3~3) orthogonal test. The ability of flavonoids in reducing Fe~(3+) was determined by Prussian blue method. Results:The optimum extraction process was 1 h,the volume fraction of ethanol was 50%,and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:50(g/mL). Under the above condition,the yield of total flavonoids was 6.17%.The total flavonoids of Catharanthus Roseus had a strong reducing ability,but the ability to reduce Fe~(3+) is lower than that of 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol(BHT). Conclusions:The experimental results showed that the optimal extraction process is better,reliable and convenient,and a stronger ability to reduce Fe~(3+).
