摘要
法律硕士"协同培养"模式由若干子系统构成,要求学校有效掌控校外导师资源,制定合理的激励措施,将协同观念融入规章制度和教学活动,校内外导师分工协作,构建校外导师的权利体系,让校外导师真正参与到法律硕士培养中,实现法律硕士研究生培养高层次、复合型、实践性法律职业人才的目标。
The model of "cooperative training"of the Master of Law is composed of several subsystems,which requires the school to effectively control the resources of out-of-school counselors,formulate reasonable incentive measures,integrate the concept of synergy into the rules and regulations and teaching activities,make the tutors within and outside the school cooperate with each other,construct the rights system of the tutors outside the school,and let the out-of-school tutors truly participate in the cultivation of the Master of Law,and achieve the goal of cultivating high-level,compound,and practical professionals of Law.
