大运河遗产保护与利用协同的路径探析

摘要
中国大运河的申遗成功,使得运河遗产的保护与发展利用的问题突显出来。当下对运河遗产保护与利用的观点都具有一定的合理性,但大体都可归属为机械论思维方式,这种思维方式从根本上背离了运河遗产的系统性,导致对运河遗产原真性和完整性的破坏。中国大运河是复杂的他组织巨系统,其保护与利用需要系统思维特别是协同学理论的指导。其协同路径为:协同观念,树立运河遗产保护与利用共生共荣理念;协同组织,形成运河遗产保护的集体性有序行为;协同利益,确保运河遗产发展的可持续性;协同舆论,培养民众的运河情结;协同发展,促进运河城市的经济活力。最终使运河遗产在完整性和原真性的基础上不断传承发展。
The Grand Canal of China has succeeded in application of World Cultural Heritage. But at the same time,it also highlighted the problems of the protection and utilization of canal heritage. The current views on the protection and utilization of canal heritage all have some rationality,but generally these current views can all be attributed to the mechanistic way of thinking,which radically deviates from the systematicness of canal heritage,and destroys the authenticity and integrity of canal heritage. The Grand Canal of China is a complex other- organizing giant system. Its protection and utilization require the guidance of systematic thinking,especially the Synergistic Theory. The synergistic path of this theory mainly includes the following five parts. The first is synergistic concept,which means to establish an idea of co- existence and co- prosperity of the protection and utilization of canal heritage. The second is synergistic organization,which is to form an ordered and collective behavior of the protection of canal heritage. The third is synergistic interest,which is to ensure the sustainability of canal heritage development.And the next one is synergistic opinion,which can cultivate people's canal complex. The last is synergistic development,which is to promote the economic vitality of canal cities. Finally,by the way of synergistic path,the canal heritage can be inherited and developed continually on the basis of integrity and authenticity.
