摘要
德国是海上风电强国,风电占德国可再生能源发电量的49%,是目前德国最大的清洁电力来源。2018年,德国海上风电新增并网容量为969 MW,同比下降23%,新增并网平均单机容量达到7 124 kW,比上年增长21%。数据表明,德国海上风电产业装机容量增速虽然有所放缓,但风电机组技术含量大幅提高,大容量风电机组占比越来越大,海上风电行业成本有下降趋势,海上风电产业实现零补贴指日可待。
        Germany is a powerhouse in offshore wind power, which accounts for 49% of Germany′s renewable energy generation. In Germany in 2018, the new offshore wind turbine generators producing an installed capacity of 969 MW started feeding into the grid. Compared to the previous year, this equates to a 32% decrease in annual additions.The new offshore wind turbine generators placed into service in 2018 had an average nominal capacity of 7124 kW. Which had an increase of 21% over the previous year.Data show that Germany′ s offshore wind industry installed capacity growth, although slowed. The data show that although the growth rate of installed capacity of Germany′s offshore wind power industry has slowed down, the technical content of wind power units has increased significantly, and the proportion of large capacity wind power units is increasing. The cost of offshore wind power industry is on the decline, and the zero-subsidy of offshore wind power industry is within reach.

    (2)本文中所提的北海位于欧洲大陆的西北,即大不列颠、斯堪的纳维亚搬到、日德兰半岛和荷比低地之间。
    (1)专属经济区(Exclusive Economic Zone,简称EEZ),又称经济海域,指领海以外并邻接领海的一个区域,专属经济区从测算领海宽度的基线量起,不应超过二百海里(370.4公里),除去离另一个国家更近的点。
    (2)平均市场价格是指每千瓦时电力从发出到并网期间的平均加权市场收益。
