中国渔民家庭收支分析及增收对策

摘要
采用全国渔民家庭收支调查数据,系统分析了2018年中国渔民生产、生活及渔民家庭收支变化特征,并分析了影响渔民增收的积极因素和不利条件。最后,从主体能力、产业动力、内部机制、外部环境等角度提出提高渔民自身能力、提高渔业产业内部增收动力、构建渔民持续增收长效机制、打赢渔业产业扶贫攻坚战等增加中国渔民家庭收入、改善渔民生产生活的政策建议。
Using the data of national fishermen's household income and expenditure survey, the changes of fishermen's production and living and the income and expenditure of fishermen's households in 2018 were systematically analyzed, and the positive factors and negative conditions that affecting the increase of fishermen's income were analyzed. Finally, from the main body ability, industrial power, internal mechanism and external environment, some policy recommendations on increasing the income of Chinese fishermen's families and improving the production and life of fishermen were proposed, such as improving the fishermen's own capabilities, increasing the income of the fishery industry, building a long-term mechanism for the continuous increase of fishermen's income, and winning the battle against poverty in the fishery industry.
