摘要
基于考试的传统课程考核方式已经不能满足应用型人才培养的需求,文中针对物流专业核心课程《物流运营管理与沙盘模拟》开展了考核方式改革研究,探讨多元评价与激励机制在该课程中的应用。文中首先阐述了本课程传统的考核方式及存在的问题,然后基于多元评价与激励机制设计了考核改革方案,考核项目主要包括理论成绩和实验成绩。最后阐述了新考核改革方案在实际实施过程取得的效果。
The traditional exam-based course assessment method has been unable to meet the needs of application-oriented personnel training. In view of the core course of logistics operation management and sand table simulation,this paper carried out a study on the reform of assessment method,and discussed the application of multiple evaluation and incentive mechanism in this course. In this paper,the traditional assessment method of this course and the existing problems are first described,and then the assessment reform plan is designed based on the multiple evaluation and incentive mechanism. The assessment items mainly include theoretical achievements and experimental achievements. Finally,the effect of the new assessment reform scheme in the actual implementation process is described.
