OBE理念下涉外卓越法律人才培养模式创新与实现路径研究

摘要
OBE理念强调成果导向,是目前国际工程类人才培养过程中的重要教育理念。将OBE理念引入高等教育法律人才培养,是走出我国高校法学人才培养现实困境的有益思考。在涉外卓越法律人才的培养过程中融入OBE理念,重视人才培养目标对人才培养过程的指导作用,根据人才培养目标创新人才培养模式,设置人才培养课程体系,改进人才培养方式方法,是新时代我国涉外卓越法律人才培养的重要创新。
The OBE concept emphasizes results orientation and is an important educational concept in the current international engineering talent training process. Introducing the OBE concept into the training of higher education legal talents is a useful reflection to solve the practical predicament of legal talent training in colleges and universities in China. Incorporating the OBE concept into the process of training foreign-related outstanding legal talents,attaching importance to the guiding role of talent training objectives in the talent training process,setting up a talent training curriculum system based on the talent training target,and improving the talent training method is a new era in China,which is an important innovation in the training of outstanding legal talents.
