摘要
目的:研究Arc Check验证系统在非均整模式(flattening filter free,FFF)下立体定向放射治疗(stereotactic radiotherapy,SRT)剂量验证中的应用。方法:将76例SRT治疗计划导入Arc Check模体重新计算,阈值标准分别选择(3%,3 mm,10%)和(2%,2 mm,10%)时,分别采用等值间距法(distance to agree,DTA)和Gamma分析法比较Arc Check模体中计算的剂量与Arc Check模体实测的剂量差异。结果:标准为(3%,3 mm,10%)时,SRT计划的两种分析法的相对通过率和绝对通过率的均值均大于95%;标准为(2%,2 mm,10%)时,SRT计划的两种分析法的相对通过率和绝对通过率的均值均约90%。Gamma分析法的剂量通过率高于DTA分析法剂量通过率(P<0.001)。结论:Arc Check验证系统是一种快捷准确的SRT剂量验证方法,采用不同的分析方法其验证结果有一定差异。
        Objective: To study the feasibility of Arc Check verification system in dosimetric verification for stereotactic radiotherapy(SRT) the stereotactic radiotherapy(SRT) with f lat t ening filter free(FFF) model. Methods: A total of 76 cases under SRT treatment plans were introduced into Arc Check phantom and recalculated. Threshold criteria was set as(3%, 3 mm, 10%) or(2%, 2 mm, 10%). Th e calculated dose distribution and the measured dose distribution of Arc Check phantom were compared by means of distance to agree(DTA) and Gamma analysis method respectively.Results: Based on the threshold criteria(3%, 3 mm, 10%), the relative and absolute mean pass rates of SRT treatment plans by DTA and Gamma analysis were greater than 95%. Based on the threshold criteria(2%, 2 mm, 10%), the relative and absolute mean pass rates of SRT treatment plan by DTA and Gamma analysis were about 90%. The dose pass rate of Gamma analysis method was slightly higher than that of DTA analysis method(P<0.001). Conclusion: The Arc Check verification system is a rapid and accurate method for SRT dose verification, and discrepancies are found in different analysis methods.
