摘要
超声波局部放电检测法的抗干扰能力强、安全性好、定位性好、准确度高,通过介绍自由颗粒缺陷、电晕放电以及悬浮电位的3种局部放电故障判断依据,结合某500 kV变电站气体绝缘组合电器(GIS),发现5012单元C相断路器存在异常的实例,通过分析超声波局部放电中异常点处的连续图谱和相位图谱,从其明显的相关性得出疑似存在悬浮放电缺陷的结论,进一步说明超声波法是检测GIS设备内部放电缺陷的一种有效手段。
Ultrasonic partial discharge detection method has strong anti-interference ability, good safety, good positioning and high accuracy. By introducing three kinds of partial discharge fault judgment basis of free particle defect, corona discharge and suspended potential, and combining with a 500 kV substation GIS, an example of abnormal C-phase circuit breaker in 5012 unit is found. By analyzing the continuous map of abnormal points in ultrasonic partial discharge, the conclusion of suspected suspended discharge defect is drawn from its obvious correlation, which further illustrates that ultrasonic method is an effective method for detecting internal discharge defects of GIS equipment.
