摘要
以反映碾压机做功的坝料单位体积压实功(E)和碾轮振动加速度谐波失真量(THD0)作为堆石坝压实质量的实时监测指标,研制开发了堆石坝压实质量实时监测系统用于实现碾压过程中上述两个指标的采集。提出了结合E、THD0与坝料特性参数的堆石坝料全仓面压实质量快速评估方法,不仅可避免试坑法抽检样本的有限性,而且可有效克服碾压过程参数不能直接反映坝料压实状态以及基于碾轮性态分析的监控指标易于错误表征坝料坚硬程度等弊端,实现了堆石坝料压实质量的快速准确评估与及时反馈控制。
        The unit volume compaction power(E)and the total harmonic distortion(THD0),which reflectrespectively the roller energy work done on dam materials and roller vibration behaviors,were employed asreal-time monitoring indices of rock-fill dam compaction quality. A real-time monitoring system of compac-tion quality was developed to obtain the values of these indices during rolling. An assessment characterizedby E,THD0 and dam material properties was proposed for evaluating rapidly the compaction quality ofrock-fill dam materials on the entire work unit,which can effectively overcome the shortage of pits sam-pling method and the deficiencies that the compacting process parameters are not available to reveal the re-al compaction quality directly and the indices basing on roller vibration behaviors analysis make a false rep-resentation of the rigidity of dam materials. Thus the method can realize a fast and accurate assessmentand timely feedback control on compaction quality of rock-fill dam materials.
