摘要
肉鸡的消化道中寄居着数量庞大的微生物群落并参与机体的养分代谢和稳态调节。现代微生物分析技术的成功应用使人们对家禽消化道菌群的类别、数量、分布及功能均有了更加深入的认识。本文总结了微生物在肉鸡消化道的分布情况和定植规律,并重点阐述了遗传、日龄、饲养环境和饲粮等关键因素对肉鸡消化道微生物区系的影响及其作用效果,以期为开展肉鸡肠道健康调控技术提供理论基础。
        There are a large number of microbial communities in broilers' digestive tract which participate in nutrient metabolism and homeostasis of the host. The successful application of modern technologies in sequencing and analysis of microbial communities has brought us a deeper understanding of the species,amount,distribution and functions of poultry gastrointestinal microflora. This reviewsummarized the distribution and colonization rules of gastrointestinal microflora of broilers and its key influencing factors,including heredity,days of age,environment and diets,that affected digestive tract microbes of broilers,with the aim to provide a theoretical basis for exploring scientific strategies to manage the intestinal health of broilers.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31( 6) : 2515-2524]
