摘要
针对野战部队所用音响设备的特殊性,为满足系统体积小、重量轻、高声压远距离扩音目的,重点对系统功率放大器、扬声器单元进行了有针对性的研究和实验。首先对现有功率放大器的种类和优缺点从原理上进行了对比分析,采用AP2722音频测试仪进行了参数调测,同时在提高温度环境下进行了实验。为了达到高声压远距离音频信号传输要求,通过对多种方案的对比分析,选择了提高单只扬声器单元灵敏度方案,通过改善单只扬声器单元磁路,筛选振膜、音圈、音圈线和骨架等材料,改善单元结构设计等方法,采用美国Linearx System公司的电声测试系统LMS作为测试工具,通过常温老化、环境试验来调试、完善参数,保证扬声器的灵敏度和可靠性满足设计要求。最后通过系统现场测试及主观评价,验证该系统达到了设计要求。
        Focusing on the specific characteristics of the audio equipment used by field troop, this paper does the related research and experiments about power amplifier and loudspeaker in order to satisfy the system's requirements in small volume, light weight and long distance sound transmission with high sound pressure. This paper firstly compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the exiting power amplifiers in principle, then measures the parameters with the AP2722 Audio test instrument(AP means Audio Precision), and do the further test under rigorous conditions.After comparative analysis of different schemes, to meet the requirement of long distance audio signal transmission with high sound pressure, the way to improve sensitivity of single loudspeaker is selected, which includes improving the magnetic circuit of the single loudspeaker, appropriately choosing materials of diaphragm, voice coil, voice coil line, frame etc, and improving the design of unit structure. Then the LMS, which is an audio test system from America Linearx System Company, is taken as the test tool and used for normal temperature aging and environmental test to improve the system's parameters, and finally to get the required sensitivity and reliability for the audio loudspeaker. The subjective and objective test as well as the listening and evaluation test show that the audio system can meet the design requirements.
