经支气管镜单向活瓣置入术治疗COPD患者1例并文献复习

摘要
文章分析1例EBV治疗COPD患者的临床特点及手术过程,并查阅相关文献进行总结,患者术后经Chartis检测系统左肺舌叶无侧支通气,置入Zephyr 5.5活瓣一枚,EBV的开展有助于晚期COPD治疗。
