摘要
LM555是一种应用广泛的模拟—数字混合式(即双极型)集成电路,论文于LM555控制电路基础上研究定时和控制于一体的电路。LM555定时器构成多谐振荡器,在控制电路中调节电位器确定输出波形的占空比,控制负载运行启停的时间;编码电路计数给予触发器计数脉冲,触发器的高低电平控制继电器的吸合与断开进而控制负载的启停,本设计整体实现了弱电对强电负载运行的控制。本设计有控制精确、经济耐用、灵敏性高等优点,有广泛的利用价值和市场发展前景。
LM555 is a widely used analog-digital mixing mode(bipolar) integrated circuit. Based on the LM555 control circuit, the circuit of timing and control is studied in this paper. The LM555 timer forms a multivibrator. In the control circuit, the duty ratio of the output waveform is determined by adjusting the potentiometer, and control the starting and stopping time of the load. Code circuit count gives count pulse to trigger,the high and low voltage level of trigger control the actuation and disconnection of the relay, and then control the start and stop of the load. The whole design realizes the control of weak current to the operation of strong electric load. This design has the advantages of precise control,economy and durability,and high sensitivity. It has extensive use value and the prospect of market development.
