机械CAX类课程的生产项目式创新性教学的研究与实践

摘要
在高校应用型发展思路的指导下,为解决机械专业学生就业的社会高需求与学生能力欠缺的矛盾,提升人才培养质量,以机械CAX类应用型课程为例,提出基于CDIO理念的生产项目式创新性教学,将基于CDIO理念的创新性教学运用于机械CAX课程教学过程中,引导学生在理论学习的基础上进行生产项目式实践和创新性研究。教学结合企业生产案例,突出CAX各个模块在实际机械产品生命周期管理中的实际意义和重要地位,让学生了解相关CAX技术在机械设计研发领域的实践操作价值,了解CAX技术在现代设计中的综合运用。实践证明,基于CDIO理念的生产项目式创新性教学在机械CAX课程中的应用可以取得良好的教学效果,有效地提高了学生的专业综合能力。
In order to solve the contradiction between the high social demand of the employment of mechanical students and the lack of students' ability,and to promote the quality of talents training,the paper puts forward the application of CAX class as an example,Project-based innovative teaching,will be based on the concept of innovative CDIO teaching CAX course used in the process,to guide students in the theoretical study on the basis of the production of project-based practice and innovative research. Teaching with the production case,highlighting the CAX in the PLM of mechanical products,so that students understand the CAX technology in modern design synthesis use. The practice proves that the application of the project-based innovative teaching based on the CDIO concept in CAX course achieves good teaching effect and effectively improves the students' professional comprehensive ability.
