摘要
轧机设备精度是保证轧制顺行与质量稳定的基础,为了稳定高效的生产高质量产品,轧机的设备精度保障就成了核心技术。当轧机垂直精度存在问题,会导致精轧机组带钢端面板阔的非对称等板型缺陷。本文介绍了1580热连轧精轧机组的零调和刚度两类重要的垂直动态精度的研究,并从设备维护的角度列举了保证轧机垂直精度的重要措施,根据影响轧机垂直精度的因素,定期对轧机垂直方向其他关键零部件的服役期和工作状态进行检测和维修,以达到调整和保证轧机刚度和零调的目的。
        The precision of rolling mill equipment is the basis for ensuring smooth rolling and quality. In order to produce high-quality products stably and efficiently, the precision of equipment for rolling mills has become the core technology. When there is a problem in the vertical accuracy of the rolling mill, it will lead to a wide asymmetric plate type defect of the strip end plate of the finishing mill. This paper introduces two kinds of important vertical dynamic precision researches of roll gap calibration and stiffness of 1580 hot strip mill, and enumerates the important measures to ensure the vertical precision of the rolling mill from the perspective of equipment maintenance.According to the factors affecting the vertical precision of the rolling mill, it is necessary to carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the service life and working state of other key components in the vertical direction of the rolling mill to achieve the purpose of adjusting and ensuring the roll gap calibration and stiffness of the rolling mill
