摘要
利用Instron3367电子万能试验机,分别对固支和简支两种不同约束条件的2.5维编织C/C复合材料杆试件施加轴向压力,研究其压缩稳定性,得到材料发生破坏时的压应力与应变,发现二维编织C/C复合材料杆轴向受压时基体首先发生破坏,引起碳纤维布层间分离,发生失稳破坏;基于折减弹性模量的欧拉稳定性理论分析试验数据,对比临界应力的试验值与理论值,发现与材料长细比,初偏心和初弯曲有关的比值系数。发生失稳破坏时,破坏形态符合基于折减弹性模量、初偏心和初弯曲的欧拉曲线。
        The Instron 3367 electronic universal testing machine was used to apply axial pressure to the2. 5-dimensional braided C/C composite rod specimens with different constraints,such as fixed and simply supported,and the compressive stability was studied to obtain the pressure at the time of material failure.It is found that when the two-dimensional braided C/C composite rod is axially compressed; the matrix first breaks,causing the separation between the carbon fiber cloth layers and the instability failure.Using the Euler stability theory based on the reduced elastic modulus,comparing the experimental and theoretical values of the critical stress,found the ratio coefficient related to the material slenderness ratio,initial eccentricity and initial bending.In the event of instability failure,the failure mode conforms to the Euler curve based on the reduced elastic modulus,initial eccentricity and initial bending.
