摘要
某引水式水电站下设计水头685 m(不含水锤水头)压力钢岔管在厂内现场制作。介绍了应变测点布置和压力钢管水压试验的流程及试验结果。试验过程严格按照DL/T5017-2007《水电水利工程压力钢管制造安装及验收规范》要求进行,水压试验过程中没有出现渗漏水及钢管开裂等异常现象,表明钢板及焊缝质量满足合同和规范要求。
        The steel bifurcated pipe of a diversion-type hydropower station was fabricated at site with a design head of 685 m and higher water hammer head. An introduction was made on the measuring positions arrangement, procedures and results of the hydraulic pressure test for the penstock. The test was conducted strictly in accordance with the Specifications for manufacture installation and acceptance of steel penstocks in hydroelectric and hydraulic engineering(DL/T 5017-2007). No leakage or steel pipe crack was found in the course of test, indicating the quality of steel plate and weld seams satisfy the requirements of contract and specification.
