摘要
目的建立树鼩急性放射损伤模型。方法将树鼩32只随机分为对照组(16只)和照射组(16只),照射组给予X射线全身一次性4 Gy照射。分别在照射后7、14、21和28 d,检测两组血象、血生化指标,并于照射后第2 w,处死树鼩做病理检查。结果照射组经4 Gy射线照射后,总死亡率为50%,对照组无树鼩死亡;照射后照射组白细胞计数(WBC)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)先降低后升高;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB)与对照组相比先降低后升高,之后又降低;血清尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)含量与对照组相比先升高后降低,之后又升高。照射组肺、肝、肾、胃、脾及小肠等重要脏器病理改变明显。结论成功地建立了树鼩急性放射损伤模型。
Objective To establish acute radiation injury model in tree shrew. Methods A total of 32 tree shrews were randomly divided into the control group(n=16) and the irradiation group(n=16). The latter was given a one-time X-ray 4 Gy whole body irradiation. The hemogram and blood biochemical index in the two groups were detected on the 7th, 14 th, 21 st, and 28 th day after the irradiation; pathologic examination was conducted on deceased tree shrews two weeks after the irradiation. Results The total death rate in the irradiation group after 4 Gy irradiation was 50%. No tree shrew died in the control group. The WBC and lymphocyte(LYM)absolute value in the irradiation group after irradiation decreased first and then increased. Compared with the control group the ALT,AST, PLT and HGB first decreased then increased and decreased again; the content of BUN and CREA increased first then decreased and increased again. The changes in the pathology of the lung, liver, kidney, stomach, spleen and small intestine and other important organs in the irradiation group were obvious. Conclusion The acute radiation injury model in tree shrew is successfully established.
