摘要
针对现有鞋类剥离强度测试仪在试验台升降方面存在的不足,通过对测试仪蜗杆端部与梅花联轴器的改进,并选用配套的单相感应电动机和调速用变频器,研制了可以自动升降试验台的鞋类剥离强度测试仪。试验结果表明,自动升降试验装置运转平稳,由人工转动蜗杆52.5圈,改进为由变频器控制电机在6s内升降试验台达到最大行程,提高了试验的效率。
A device for automatic lifting test-bed was developed by analyzing the shortcomings in the lifting of test-bed the existing peeling strength tester and improving the worm end of the tester and the plum coupling, which was made up of a coupling, a single-phase motor, and a frequency converter. The test results show that the automatic lifting test device operates smoothly. Turning the worm 52.5 turns manually was instead by lifting the test-bed reaches to the maximum in 6 s with the motor controlled by the converter. Then improving the efficiency of the test.
