摘要

现对单轨吊运输系统的选型计算没有统一的标准,王坪煤矿303盘区轨道巷的断面13.6m2,巷道的最大坡度为18°,运送的最大设备重量为31t。根据以上的参数,通过对单轨吊设备简化受力分析计算,得出选用DLZ130F-8型单轨吊机车、MHZZ18-DUO型起吊梁、MPD120F(I140V)型轨道完全满足运输的需要。
        There is no unified standard for the calculation of the type of monorail crane transportation system. The section of the track lane in the 303 disk area of the Wangping Coal Mine is 13.6 m2, the maximum slope of the roadway is 18 °, and the maximum weight of the equipment transported is 31 t. According to the above parameters, by simplifying the force analysis and calculation of the monorail crane equipment, it is obtained that the DLZ130 F-8 monorail crane locomotive, the MHZZ18-DUO lifting beam, and the MPD 120 F(I140 V) track completely meet the needs of transportation.
