沈阳万泉地区历史资源保护与利用规划探索

摘要
万泉地区是沈阳市历史文化名城确定的历史城市的重要组成部分,是反映沈阳城市特色、区域文化的重要窗口。然而由于历史建筑的自然老化,使得大批具有珍贵历史价值的建筑遭到了不同程度的破坏。城市既要发展,又要保护有形与无形的历史文化资源。如何处理保护与利用历史文化资源,并将二者有效的结合起来,是目前万泉地区在城市建设中急需解决的问题。通过分析国内外大量对历史街区保护与更新的实例,在借鉴其取得成功的方法、经验的基础上,提出了针对万泉地区的保护原则和对历史文化资源的保护方法和内容。
The Wanquan area is an important part of the historical city identified by the historical and cultural city of Shenyang. It is an important window reflecting Shenyang's urban characteristics and regional culture. However, due to the natural aging of historical buildings, a large number of buildings with valuable historical values have been destroyed to varying degrees. Cities must not only develop but also protect tangible and intangible historical and cultural resources. How to deal with the protection and use of historical and cultural resources, and to effectively combine the two, is a problem that Wanquan region urgently needs to solve in urban construction. By analyzing a large number of examples of protection and renewal of historic blocks at home and abroad, on the basis of their successful methods and experiences, the protection principles for Wanquan area and methods and contents of protection for historical and cultural resources are proposed.
