摘要
教育技术能力是教师专业素质的重要组成部分,高校教师只有掌握现代教育技术思想和手段,才能适应信息化教育的要求,从而提升自身教学能力,保证高校教学质量,促进高等教育的深化改革。本研究以湖南农业大学为样本,对242位教师进行教师教育技术能力的现状和培训需求问卷调查。结果表明:高校教师教育技术能力整体仍需高度重视,高校教师教育技术能力与自身学历背景、教龄存在显著相关关系,与性别、职称、年龄、授课门类相关关系不显著。同时,影响教师教育技术能力最重要的主客观因素分别是自身知识储备和学校软硬件状况,以期能够对高校教师教育技术培训工作带来新思路。
Educational technology ability is an important part of teachers' professional quality.Only when college teachers master modern educational technology thoughts and means can they adapt to the requirements of informational education,to improve their teaching ability,guarantee the teaching quality of colleges and universities,and promote the deepening reform of higher education.Taking the Hunan Agricultural University as an example,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among 242 teachers on the status quo and training needs of teachers' educational technology abilities.The results show that the overall educational technology ability of college teachers still needs to attach great importance.There are significant correlations between the educational technology ability of college teachers with their educational background and teaching age.The relationships between the educational technology ability of college teachers with their gender,professional title,age,and teaching class are not significant.At the same time,the most important subjective and objective factors affecting teachers' educational technology ability include their own knowledge reserve and the university's hardware and software equipment.The research is expected to bring new ideas to the educational technology training of college teachers.
