摘要
本文针对建筑数目的增加,规划部门的审批验收业务量与日俱增,审批环节中存在的薄弱环节和尚未解决的遗留问题,设计了一个"设计—报建—审批—建库"一体化动态更新的修建性详细规划电子报批系统,其中的重点是规整端的规整检测.并针对目前规划审批部门在规整端设计的现状,选用.NET API的接口以及扩展数据模型,开发并设计出一个辅助规划审批的修建性详细规划电子报批系统,该系统可以达到审核自动化、高效化、权威化的要求.
In view of the drastic increase of the number of buildings, the growing volume of approval and acceptance of the planning department, and the weaknesses in approval procedure and the problems that have not yet been resolved, this study proposes the integrated dynamic updating electronic approval system for detailed construction planning following the procedure of "design-construction report-approval-construction", which focus on the regular end of the regular testing. Taking into the present situation of the electronic approval system, it is proposed to use the interface of the.NET API interface and Extended Data model to develop an auxiliary planning approval of the construction of detailed planning electronic approval system to meet the requirement of the approval automation, efficiency, and authority.
