摘要
结合南宁盆地标准型工程地质特性,提出T型钢板桩基坑支护型式,并采用有限元软件Abaqus对3种支护型式进行数值模拟对比分析。结果表明,同一开挖条件下,T型钢板桩、双排钢板桩和单排钢板桩支护的坑边地表沉降量分别为20 mm、18 mm和36 mm,T型钢板桩较单排钢板桩能更好地控制基坑周围的沉降;T型钢板桩、双排钢板桩和单排钢板桩支护的桩身水平位移分别为29 mm、27 mm和60 mm,T型钢板桩刚度较单排钢板桩提升1倍;T型钢板桩、双排钢板桩和单排钢板桩支护的土体深层水平位移分别为40 mm、38 mm和50 mm,T型钢板桩较好地减少了因刚度不足导致的安全问题。最后提出T型组合钢板桩的静压植桩法施工工艺,克服施工作业面积小和地层坚硬导致植桩困难等难题,认为T型组合钢板桩在南宁盆地标准型地层有较强的适应性。
        Combined with the standard-type engineering geological characteristics of Nanning basin, T-shaped steel sheet pile foundation pit support was designed. Numerical simulation was conducted with the finite element softwareAbaqus to compare three types of supports. The results of comparison demonstrate that under the same excavationcondition, the settlement of the pit edge supported by T-shaped steel sheet piles, double-row steel sheet piles andsingle-row steel sheet piles is 20 mm, 18 mm and 36 mm respectively. T-shaped steel sheet piles behave better thansingle-row steel sheet piles in control of the settlement around the pit. The pile body horizontal displacement ofthree types of steel sheet piles is 29 mm, 27 mm and 60 mm respectively. The stiffness of T-shaped steel sheet pilesis twice that of single-row steel sheet piles. The deep horizontal displacement of soil supported by three types ofsteel sheet piles is 40 mm, 38 mm and 50 mm respectively. T-shaped steel sheet piles can reduce the safety problemdue to insufficient stiffness. The construction technique of static pressure pile planting is put forward for T-shapedcomposite steel sheet piles to overcome the difficulties resulted from small construction area and hard stratum. It isconcluded that T-shaped composite steel sheet piles have superior adaptability in standard stratum of Nanning Basin.
