摘要
2015年,澳大利亚新南威尔士大学教育学院携手维多利亚教育评价局研发了"提升语言教师评价素养在线工具包"(即TEAL),旨在提升EAL教师的评价素养。TEAL包括教师专业学习资源、评价工具包、教与学的评价案例、在线交流论坛四个核心部分。该项目主要呈现四个特点:以"促学评价"为价值导向,以"反思式学习"为核心路径,以针对性为开发要点,以操作性与实用性为设计重心。该项目为我国教师评价素养的培训提供了三点启示:建立一贯式培训体系,加强教师评价理念与技术的融合;提倡反思式自主学习,促进教师评价素养的自觉发展;分层实施针对性培训,实现教师评价素养的个性化发展。
        The TEAL,launched in 2015,is developed by the School of Education at the University of New South Wales in partnership with the Victorian education system and Educational Assessment Australia, aiming at enhancing the assessment literacy of teachers working with children who are learning English as additional language(EAL). The TEAL project includes four core parts:teacher professional learning resources;an assessment tools bank;assessment for teaching and learning exemplars;and an online teacher discussion forum. Its characteristics are as follows:"Assessment for Learning(AfL)"as the value orientation;"reflective learning"as the core path;the targeted training as the key points of development;and the operability and practicality as the focus of design. This project provides three important implications for the training of assessment literacy of teachers of our country:to establish the integrated training system to strengthen the integration of teacher assessment concepts and assessment techniques;to implement the targeted training hierarchically to make the development of teachers assessment literacy personalized;and to advocate reflection and initial learning to promote teachers active development of assessment literacy.
