摘要
为验证劲素专用底肥(17-17-17)和劲素硝硫基复合肥(15-15-15、15-5-25)的应用效果,以芹菜为试材,通过对比不同施肥处理的芹菜生长指标(株高、地上部干重、地下部干重、叶绿素含量)、产量和品质指标(可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物含量、VC含量)来评价劲素专用底肥和劲素硝硫基复合肥对芹菜的生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与普通复合肥作底肥相比,劲素专用底肥在促进芹菜生长及产质提高方面均具有显著的作用,芹菜产量可增加3 134.7 kg/hm~2,增幅为5.42%;与普通的复合肥作追肥相比,劲素硝硫基复合肥能够显著促进芹菜后期的生长、提高芹菜的光合作用能力、提高芹菜的VC含量,产量可提高2 134.1 kg/hm~2,增幅为3.50%。与芹菜整个生长期均施用普通复合肥相比,施用劲素系列肥料可显著增加芹菜产量5 268.8 kg/hm~2,增幅为9.12%,且芹菜生长过程中的各项生理指标及最终芹菜的品质均有显著改善。由此表明,劲素专用底肥和劲素硝硫基复合肥在芹菜生产上均具有较好的肥效,将这2种肥料作为套餐肥使用,对于芹菜的生长促进和产质提高的效果更加显著。
        In order to verify the application effect of Jinsu special base fertilizer(17-17-17)and Jinsu nitrate of S-based compound fertilizer,a field experiment was carried out to compare the growth index(plant height,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight,chlorophyll content),yield and quality index(soluble sugar content,soluble solids content,vitamin C content)among different treatments in celery production.The results showed that,compared with the treatment of ordinary compound fertilizer as base fertilizer,the Jinsu special base fertilizer had a significant effect in promoting the growth and quality of celery,the yield of celery increased 3 134.7 kg/hm~2,the rate of increase was 5.42%;compared with the treatment of ordinary compound fertilizer as later fertilizer,Jinsu nitrate of S-based compound fertilizer could significantly promote the late growth of celery,improve the photosynthetic capacity of celery and increase the vitamin C content of celery,the yield of celery increased 2 134.1 kg/hm~2,the rate of increase was 3.50%;compared with the treatment of applying ordinary compound fertilizer throughout the growth period,applying Jinsu compound fertilizer could significantly increase yield 5 268.8 kg/hm~2,the rate of increase was 9.12%.The physiological indicators in the growth process and the quality of celery could be improved significantly.The above results showed that,the Jinsu special base fertilizer and Jinsu nitrate of S-based compound fertilizer both had good fertilizer effect in celery production. These two kinds of fertilizer as a set of fertilizer use had more significant effect on promoting the growth of celery,improving the quality of celery,increasing the yield of celery.
