摘要
复混肥料生产中如何按配方和工艺要求选择合适的基础肥料,直接影响复混肥料产品的质量。以团粒法复混肥料为例,通过实验分析基础原料选择、搭配及工艺控制对复混肥料产品质量及成本的影响。结果表明,设备转速对成品质量影响较大,在选择黏结剂时要同时考虑磷酸一铵规格和其他黏性物料如黏土的使用比例。
        The selection of raw material fertilizers based on the formulation and process demands affects the quality of compound fertilizer. Taking the production of compound fertilizer with agglomerating granulation process as an example,the effects of selection and proportion of raw material fertilizers,process control on the quality and cost of product are studied by laboratory experiments. The results show,the equipment revolution speed has a relatively high effect on rate of finished products,the nutrient specification of MAP and use ratio of other viscous materials(such as clay) should be both considered when choosing binder.
