摘要
目的:通过分析HIV感染者骨代谢标志物水平,探讨艾滋病病毒对骨代谢的影响及可能机制。方法:用化学发光法检测150例HIV感染人群和165例健康对照者骨钙素(BGP)、β-异构C-端肽(β-CTX)、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端肽原(PⅠNP)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)等骨代谢标志物结果并进行分析。结果:无论是男性或是女性HIV感染人群,BGP、PⅠNP、β-CTX均显著高于对照组人群(P<0. 01),而PTH显著低于对照组人群(P<0. 01)。结论:HIV感染人群骨代谢标志物水平存在明显不同,表现为骨吸收增加。
        Objective: To explore the influence of HIV on bone metabolism by analyzing the biomarkers levels of bone metabolism in patients with HIV.Methods: The level of bone glutamyl protein(BGP),procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide(PⅠNP), beta-isomerized C-telopeptide(β-CTX) and para-thyroid hormone(PTH) were detected and analyzed by chemiluminescent immunoassay in 150 pa-tients with HIV and 165 healthy controls.Results: The levels of BGP, PⅠNP and β-CTX were sig-nificantly higher than those of control group in men and female patients with HIV, but the levels of PTH were significantly lower(P<0. 01).Conclusion: The levels of biomarkers of bone metabolism were significantly different between healthy subjects and patients with bone resorption increased after HIV infection.
