摘要
卡盘装置可保障海上油气作业安全,提高工作效率和钻井效率,在安装、拆卸、支撑和悬挂隔水管系统的过程中起着关键作用。在介绍卡盘装置功能和技术现状的基础上,分析了踏板式、门式、旋转支撑臂式和伸缩支撑臂式卡盘的结构和性能特点。指出液压自动控制卡盘装置将是该产品今后的主流发展方向,具体的发展方向有2个:一是将液压控制的按钮做成可穿戴式装备,由钻井工作者直接控制卡盘动作;二是在卡盘设计过程中将应力、应变监测设备与远程遥感测控装置相结合。最后就该装置的发展提出了若干建议。
        Riser spider device plays a key role in ensuring the safety of offshore oil and gas operation,operation efficiency improvement,drilling efficiency improvement and is a key device in the process of installation,disassembly,support and suspension of riser system. Based on the spider devices function and technical status,the structure and performance characteristics of pedal-type spider,gate-type spider,rotary dog spider and sliding dog spider are analyzed. It is pointed out that hydraulic automatic control spider devices would be the mainstream of future product development directions. Hydraulic control button would be wearable that can be directly controlled by the drilling crew. Stress and strain monitoring device,remote-sensing devices,monitoring and control device would be integrated in the design of spider. Finally,suggestions are proposed in relation to the development direction of the spider device.
