新时代中医眼科研究生培养的思考

摘要
在《中医药法》指导下,中医药事业已迈入更加规范、健康发展的新时代和新阶段,并迎来前所未有的机遇。中医眼科作为中医药的重要分支,开展了协同创新共同体、医联体等多种形式的发展模式。但"人才是学科的根基",中医眼科事业要不断发展,人才培养尤为重要。中医眼科研究生的培养是为中医眼科事业培育高级专门人才的重要途径,也是实现传承和发展中医眼科的基本措施之一。本文主要从中医药眼科研究生培养的现状、思考和展望三个方面浅谈培养新时代合格中医眼科高级人才应注意的几点问题,以作参考。
Under the guidance of the Chinese Medicine Law, the Chinese medicine industry has entered a new era and a new stage of more standardized and healthy development, and has ushered in unprecedented opportunities. As an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine, TCM ophthalmology has carried out various forms of development models such as collaborative innovation community and medical association. However, "talent is the foundation of the discipline", the ophthalmology of Chinese medicine must develop continuously, and talent education is particularly important. The education of TCM ophthalmology graduate students is an important way to cultivate high-level specialized talents for TCM ophthalmology, and it is also one of the basic measures to achieve the inheritance and development of TCM ophthalmology. This paper mainly discussed the problems that should be paid attention to in the training of senior Chinese ophthalmology ophthalmologists in the new age from three aspects as current condition, thoughts and prospects of ophthalmology postgraduate education in traditional Chinese medicine.
