多方位结合提高放疗专业研究生的规范化培训

摘要
自从居里夫人发现镭和伦琴发现X线以后,放射线很快就被用于治疗恶性肿瘤。随着技术的不断进步,设备不断的更新,放射治疗疗效显著,作用广泛,逐步成为治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,且其作用不可替代。但是由于放射治疗辐射范围大,杀伤力强,所以需要从事放疗专业的医师具有扎实的理论知识和过硬的技能,从而提高疗效。而规范化培训是每一位住院医师的必经之路,所以我们需要通过多方位结合的规范化培训开拓放疗专业研究生的视野,培养过硬技能,提高其综合素质。并且借鉴国外的规范化培训制度,提高教师水平,从而提高放射肿瘤科医生整体综合水平。
Since Madame Curie discovered radium and the Roentgen discovered X-rays, radiation will soon be used to treat cancer. With the continuous advancement of technology and the updating of equipment,radiotherapy gradually becomes one of the main means for treating malignant tumors because of the excellent and wide effects, and its role is irreplaceable. However, due to the large radiation range and strong lethality of radiotherapy, physicians who need to be engaged in radiotherapy have solid theoretical knowledge and excellent skills to improve curative effect.Standardized training is the only way for every resident doctor. Therefore,we need to develop the vision of graduate students in radiotherapy through standardized training with multiple orientations, cultivate excellent skills and improve their overall quality. And learn from the standardized training system abroad to improve the level of teachers, thereby improving the overall level of radiation oncologists.
