摘要
针对普通泵在深抽井存在的卡泵和气体影响泵效问题,研制了新型防卡防气深抽泵。该泵采用滑阀双筒结构,把滑阀阻挡的铁屑及其他杂物沉入双筒环形空间,起到防卡效果;游动阀采用强制开启机械阀,防止气体影响泵效。现场试验27井次,工艺一次性成功率100%,与常规泵相比,下该泵后单井平均检泵周期延长77 d,平均泵效提高6.7个百分点。试验效果表明,该泵结构设计合理,起到了防止卡泵及消除气体影响泵效的作用,具有广泛的应用前景。
Ordinary pumps may suffer from sticking and gas-induced efficiency reduction in deep wells. Accordingly,a new anti-sticking and anti-gas deep-well pump is developed. The pump adopts a slide valve double-cylinder structure to settle iron chips and other debris blocked by the slide valve in order to prevent sticking. Moreover,the traveling valve adopts a mechanical valve subject to forced opening to prevent gas-induced pump efficiency reduction. Field test has been conducted for 27 wells,with one-time success rate of 100%. After the pump is tripped into a well,average pump inspection period is extended by 77 days and average pump efficiency is improved by 6. 7%. Test results show that the pump has a reasonable structure design and can prevent pump sticking and gas-induced pump efficiency reduction. It is prospective for application.
