摘要
采用硫浸出瑞木氢氧化镍,对浸出过程中不同阶段浸出渣的元素成分及主要物相变化进行研究,对杂质元素锰在浸出过程中的行为进行理论分析,提出导致生产中浸出率低、过滤困难的原因。采用不同还原剂进行高效浸出,研究了还原反应的温度、pH值、反应时间对浸出率的影响。在中试放大实验中得到了镍浸出率98.27%,钴浸出率92.43%的浸出效果。高效浸出法可有效提升镍钴浸出率及过滤速率,为企业的工艺改进提供了理论支持。
The elemental components and phase transformation of sulfuric acid leaching cinder of Ramu nickel hydroxide in each phase was researched.And the behavior of element manganese in leaching process was analyzed theoretically.The reason of low filtration rate and low leaching rate was proposed and the method of improving leaching rate was studied.The nickel hydroxide efficient leaching by various reducers was investigated,and the effect of temperature,pH value,reaction time on the leaching processes was investigated.The nickel leaching rate of pilot plant experiments was 98.27% and the cobalt leaching rate was 92.43%.This study provides theoretical support for optimizing technological conditions and enterprise benefit provides theoretical support for production technological conditions optimizing and enterprise benefit improving.
