以实习生为主导的护理查房在护理教学中的应用

摘要
目的:研究并探讨以实习生为主导的护理查房在护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年7月1日-2016年6月30日在笔者所在医院实习的护理实习生109名作为对照组,护理查房以教学秘书为主导,实习护生仅参与查房过程。另选择2016年7月1日-2017年6月30日护理实习生110名作为观察组,护理查房以护理实习生为主导,教学秘书仅作为指导者参与查房。比较两组的综合能力考核成绩、自我评定结果、教学满意度。结果:观察组护理实习生在护理操作技能(83.45±8.27)分、护理沟通能力(83.96±9.21)分、临床思维能力(84.59±8.43)分等综合能力考核成绩均高于对照组的(75.24±7.13)、(74.81±7.92)、(76.18±7.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.865、7.880、7.893,P<0.05);观察组护理实习生在提高学习积极性、提高自主学习能力、提高护理综合能力、提高发现问题能力、提高解决问题能力等方面的自我评定结果 (96.36%、97.27%、98.18%、98.18%、96.36%)均明显优于对照组的88.99%、89.91%、89.91%、90.83%、88.07%,差异均有统计学意义(X~2=4.395、4.962、6.712、5.720、5.255,P<0.05);观察组护理实习生对护理查房教学的总满意率为98.18%,优于对照组的89.91%,差异有统计学意义(X~2=6.712,P<0.05)。结论:以实习生为主导的护理查房在护理教学中具有显著的应用价值,可提高护理实习生的综合能力,获得更加满意的教学效果。
        Objective:To study and explore the application effect of intern oriented nursing rounds in nursing teaching.Method:A total of 109 nursing interns in our hospital from July 1 st 2015 to June 30 th 2016 were selected as control group.The nursing rounds were dominated by teaching secretaries,and nursing students were only involved in the course of ward rounds.In addition,110 nursing interns were selected as observation group from July 1 st 2016 to June 30 th 2017,and nursing wards were dominated by nursing interns and the teaching secretary participated in the round only as the guide.Compared the comprehensive ability assessment results,self-evaluation results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Result:Observation group nursing interns in nursing skills score of(83.45±8.27)points,nursing communication score of(83.96±9.21)points,clinical thinking ability score of(84.59±8.43)points,all the comprehensive ability evaluation scores were higher than(75.24±7.13),(74.81±7.92),(76.18±7.29)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=7.865,7.880,7.893,P<0.05);Observation group nursing interns in improvement of study enthusiasm,the ability of autonomous learning,the comprehensive ability,the ability of problem found,the ability to solve the problem of self assessment results were 96.36%,97.27%,98.18%,98.18%,96.36%,significantly better than 88.99%,89.91%,89.91%,90.83%,88.07% of control group,the differences were statistically significant( X~2=4.395,4.962,6.712,5.720,5.255,P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate of nursing interns in observation group was 98.18%,better than 89.91% in control group,the difference was statistically significant( X~2=6.712,P<0.05).Conclusion:The intern oriented nursing rounds have significant application value in nursing teaching,which can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing interns and obtain more satisfactory teaching results.
