浅析老年人隐性心肌缺血的动态心电图监测护理及其意义

摘要
目的观察老年人隐性心肌缺血动态心电图监测过程中针对性护理干预措施的临床价值。方法纳入于2016～2018年在本院内科接受诊治的隐性心肌缺血且年龄在60岁以上的老年患者群体为分析对象,所有患者均接受动态心电图监测且期间配合针对性护理干预措施,对患者相关临床数据进行回顾性分析并归纳对老年隐性心肌缺血患者动态心电图监测的意义及护理价值。结果所有患者顺利完成动态心电图的监测,清楚掌握各项临床指标。结论对老年人隐性心肌缺血患者应用动态心电图监测能够帮助医生更好地掌握其病情状态以及发展程度,让治疗方案的制定根据针对性,同时配合有效的护理模式来保障患者受监测期间的舒适程度和依从性,保障监测质量,有重要意义。
Objective To observe the targeted nursing intervention and clinical value in the process of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring of the latent myocardial ischemia in the elderly. Methods A group of elderly patients aged 60 years or older who were admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were included in the study. All patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring with targeted nursing interventions. The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and the significance and nursing value of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring in elderly patients with occult myocardial ischemia were summarized. Results All patients successfully completed the monitoring of dynamic electrocardiogram and clearly grasped various clinical indicators. Conclusion The application of dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring in patients with latent myocardial ischemia in the elderly can help doctors better grasp the state of the disease and the degree of development, so that the treatment plan can be formulated according to the specificity and the effective nursing mode to ensure the patient's monitoring period comfort level and compliance, and the quality of monitoring are of great significance.
