摘要
上海新荟购物广场1#楼为存在平面、竖向、扭转等不规则情况的超限超长高层建筑。针对该复杂、重要、特殊的结构,结构设计确定相应的抗震性能指标,并采用不同计算软件进行结构设计分析。针对超长超限的特点运用有限元软件对结构进行了地震作用与温度作用的综合分析,并制定了相应的结构加强措施。
        Shanghai Xinhui Shopping Plaza 1# Tower is an out-of-code super-long high-rise building with plane,vertical and rotational irregularities. For this complex,important and special structure,relevant seismic performance indices were determined in structural design and different calculation programs were used to conduct structural design analysis. In view of the characteristics of out-of-codes and super-length in structural calculation,the finite element software was used to carry out comprehensive analysis on the earthquake action and the temperature action on the structure,and the corresponding structural strengthening measures were established.
