夜尿症的药物治疗进展
摘要
夜尿症是下尿路症状的重要组成部分,有着很高的发病率,严重影响患者生活质量,甚至导致抑郁、情绪障碍、跌倒损伤等严重的并发症。夜尿症的病因和病理生理机制复杂,针对不同发病机制治疗方法迥异,但目前治疗仍然以药物治疗为主,从不同机制入手,对治疗夜尿症的临床药物治疗进行综述。
