摘要
探讨不同型号静脉留置针在冠状动脉血管造影中检查效果。选取2016年2月至2016年10月在重庆市中医院心内科接受冠状动脉造影的患者86例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43例。实验组采用18G静脉留置针,对照组采用24G静脉留置针于静脉留置后注射造影剂。实验组患者造影剂渗透率和疼痛感低于明显对照组,扫描成功率、穿刺成功率和图像质量明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。冠状动脉血管造影检查中使用18G静脉留置针注射造影剂可以明显提高患者的造影剂渗透率、扫描成功率、穿刺成功率和图像质量并明显降低患者疼痛感。
        This research was aimed to investigate the effect of different types of intravenous catheter in coronary angiography.In this study,86 patients undergoing coronary angiography at the Department of Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of Shangqiu Medical College from February to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.In the experimental group,18G intravenous catheter was used,while in the control group,24G intravenous catheter was used to inject the contrast agent in the vein.It was found that contrast medium permeability and pain feeling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the success rate of scanning and puncture as well as image quality in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The use of 18G intravenous indwelling needle to inject contrast medium in coronary angiography could significantly improve contrast media penetration,scan success rate,puncture success rate and image quality as well as obviously reduce pain in patients.
