玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年10月本院皮肤科门诊收治的82例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者。按照门诊就诊顺序随机分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组应用盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风颗粒治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状积分、不良反应及复发加重情况。结果:研究组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的85.37%(P<0.05);研究组治疗1、3周症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组随访期间复发加重率为19.51%,低于对照组的41.46%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,用药安全,复发率低,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and safety of Yupingfeng Granules plus Chlorcyclizine Hydrochloride Tablets in senile skin pruritus.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with skin pruritus treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to the order of outpatient visits,they were randomly divided into control group and study group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chlorcyclizine Hydrochloride Tablets,while study group was treated with Yupingfeng Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,adverse reactions and aggravation of recurrence between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in study group was 97.56%,which was higher than 85.37%of control group(P<0.05).The symptoms scores of study group were lower than those of control group after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the recurrence and aggravation rate in study group was 19.51%,which was lower than 41.46% of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng Granules combined with Chlorcyclizine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of senile skin pruritus is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,drug safety,low recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
