摘要
以石油醚溶剂进行天然龙脑的精制,研究固液比、溶解温度、结晶温度对精制效果的影响。结果表明,较优的工艺条件是:固液质量比1∶1,溶解温度70℃,结晶温度5℃,产品收率可达70. 90%,天然龙脑含量98. 03%。各因素对龙脑精制得率影响顺序是:固液质量比>溶解温度>结晶温度。
The nature borneol was purification by petroleum ether as the solvent. The influence of the solid-liquid ratio,dissolution temperature and crystallization temperature on the purification effect were investigated. The result showed that the optimized conditions were: the solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 1,the dissolution temperature was 70 ℃,the crystallization temperature was 5 ℃,the yield of the purification was70. 90%,the nature borneol content of the product was 98. 03%. The influence order factor on the yield of purification was solid-liquid ratio > dissolution temperature > crystallization temperature.
